national charity league!
sunday august 18, baker beach
9:15AM
We are so excited to host you all for an incredibly special yoga, nature and music experience!
At Outdoor Yoga SF we immerse ourselves in nature, enjoy soulful music with silent disco headphones and move through postures at a steady, intentional pace. Together, we will tune into the mind, body and spirit through feel-good movement and community.
This class is appropriate and encouraged for ALL levels!
We can’t wait to welcome you here! 💛

Please arrive EARLY! Please plan to arrive to Baker Beach at least *10 minutes* before class starts so you can park and walk to our class location.
What to Bring:
- A towel is our preference for beach practice, the bigger the better! A yoga mat will get sandy but you're welcome to bring one.
- Water and/or hot tea if its cool out.
- Layers: Prepare for the unpredictable San Francisco weather. It’s good to wear very light layers underneath (tank/ tee, maybe shorts) and warm layers on top!
If you like to be extra warm and cozy outside, feel free to bring bring socks, a fleece or puffy jacket, a beanie and/or a blanket.
- Sun protection: sunglasses, hat, sunscreen.
- Picnic materials: Our classes are in super beautiful places, you may be inspired to stay and hang after :)
